Hello Layla’s, thanks for sharing your story. It completely resonates with me. The approach of transformational servant leadership was new for me as well. I have never seen someone practicing it in my country other than in the non-profit organizations. I was introduced to this concept by one of the leaders of my organization, Pinkishe foundation working for the betterment of women back in India. I learned that there is so much more to leadership than just holding a higher hierarchal position. Unfortunately, it is difficult to communicate the notion of serving and leadership going hand in hand. And this is something I want to introduce to the healthcare field in my country. I am pleased that you are trying to bring change in your field of work and would like to do the same in mine.
