Response to “No other way”

I enjoyed reading your post. I can see how you critically judged the resonance of TSL with the educational principles in B.C. I have a little knowledge about the educational stream but have a keen interest on knowing whether the same kind of relevance appear in different faith based schools or does it differ from one community to other. And is it realistic to think to fully practice transformational servant leadership in schools? As I read your post, well organized and effectively explained TSL from a student’s and teacher’s perspective, I can see how it would be an ideal school if all TSL principles are followed. But at the same time, I think, it is also necessary to enlighten parents about the TSL teaching principles as children are greatly affected y their parents’ behavior and their values.
