I had the pleasure of connecting with Ruiz Rivera who is involved currently with a non-profit organization. He has had the opportunity to serve in several positions, one of which is in a leadership role. The following questions were asked and the answers are outlined below.

Overall, this was a good connection and based on my years of experience we were able to wok through several other items.
Ruiz has the ability to change the world as his compassion to help others demonstrate what we call a servant-leader.
