To answer how strategic leadership and transformational leadership can exist without each other, I believe that strategic leadership can be used both in a positive and negative way. For example, a dictator is also a strategic leader, but a dictator is not a transformational servant leader. Like I mentioned in the previous post, TSL and strategic together is an unstoppable post if used ‘wisely.’
