Well done Wafa!
Thank you for sharing your action research project idea. I think you have presented a great idea and it sounds like it would really benefit your workplace to conduct this project.
This week you will be peer reviewing Jamie-Lee’s podcast using the action research criteria described under Learning Activity 9.1.
Dr. Strong
I will do, and thank you for your support,
Today I worked, and as usual, it was a busy day. However, I had four sick calls, and luckily all were replaced. I am blessed, it’s going to work this time.
Thank you for your time.

Good job Wafa! What I like about your post is that it can easily be identified with across the board. I’m sure many places struggle with abuse of absent days. Your strategy sounds well thought out and I believe it would work. Awesome job on your podcast!
Thank you for your time, In the beginning, I wasn’t sure which one I am going to choose, as you said, many places have the same issue, and that was my reason for sharing it. Adding to that, I was recording it for many times, and I did write it on a paper to have a focused thought on what I am going to present. I believe it makes it acceptable.
You are very sensitive to good stuff, and your good sense as a teacher who feels good stuff in their surrounding and cares for others will drive you to succeed in your career. Good teachers always care about motivations!
By the way, I listened to TED talk, and I am trying to read through the unpublished dissertation. Good resources!
Thank you, Jamie.
