Thank you for sharing your thoughts about my leadership story, I truly appreciate your time.
I’m so moved by your leadership story and find it similar to my story of learning listening from father. My father also taught me to listen which usually solved many of the conflicts as you mentioned. The power of listening and empathy is enough to resolve any conflicts. It’s always an interesting part of my daily routine to read your blogs.
Thank you so much for sharing your leadership story.

Wafa,
You’ve shared an important example of leading through a conflict situation. It underscores an important part of leadership — the fact that others will not always know our motives or intentions, and there may be those who are unhappy with the decisions we make as leaders. While it is, of course, important to consider our motives and the strengths of our decisions, we must also realize that we will sometimes have to stand alone to lead — leading others to a better community, organization, or company.
Thanks for sharing your story!
